McPherson Discussed at National Level

Kansas Senator Jerry Moran was questioning Secretary of Education Arne Duncan about Race to the Top funds.  During his questioning, he discusses the work we are doing in McPherson.

Wow!  USD No. 418 School Bond Issue Passes Easily

From Dr. Randy Watson, Superintendent of Schools:

Thank you for your support in the USD 418 Bond Issue.  It passed with 81% yes votes!  This would NOT have been possible without ALL of your support and effort to reach out to the community and explain the issue.

This is a GREAT opportunity for our kids and again YOU are the reason for the success.

McPherson High School Paver Project/Leave a Legacy

We would like to announce the beginning of a unique fund raising opportunity for McPherson High School activities.  The McPherson Paver Project is a new idea to our community, but is a fund raiser that has been successful in many other places and has raised significant amounts of money.  Pavers are personalized, commemorative bricks.  They are a great way to recognize children and grandchildren, marriages, graduations, and other special events or as a lasting memorial.  They also make unique gifts.
