Not pictured: Brad Schartz. The public is invited to see the transformation of the MHS Roundhouse into a scene from “Arabian Nights” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Spectators are asked to park in the west parking lot off
North High Drive and enter through the auxiliary gym entrance; they also are welcome at the promenade from 8:45 to 10 p.m. by walking around to the south side of the school building from that parking lot. Prom-goers will enjoy valet parking from 8:45 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. in the south parking lot off First Street. The dance, scheduled from 9 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., will take place in the Roundhouse. The event concludes with after-prom activities from 12:30 to 4 a.m. Sunday at MHS. Students may participate in inflatable games, dodge ball, ping pong, bowling, a mechanical bull ride and karaoke. Entertainment also includes a live band, food and prizes.
