McPherson High sports fans will get a chance to meet the winter teams Monday night during the annual Winter Preview at the Roundhouse.

At 6:05 p.m., players and coaches for boys basketball, girls basketball, wrestling and boys swimming will be introduced.

At approximately 6:20, there will be parent meetings for boys basketball in the library, boys swimming in the library reference room and wrestling in Room 104 near the auxiliary gym.

The girls basketball parent meeting takes place in the library following their scrimmage.

The girls scrimmage at 6:30 p.m., with the boys to follow. The wrestling scrimmage should take place about 6:40 after the meeting with parents.

MHS is working with the Kiwanis and Lions clubs this winter to provide food baskets for McPherson County residents during Christmas. Last year, more than 325 baskets were given out.

Admission to the evening's activities is a canned food item to help these baskets, or a donation to the MHS Athletic Department.
