Mission Statement The purpose of McPherson Middle Schools is to provide a positive environment where all students can learn, develop and mature. McPherson Middle School provides many educational opportunities for children in grades six through eight.

McPherson Middle School Improvement Goals All students will demonstrate in academic and applied situations a high level of mastery ofessential skills. All students will comprehend, summarize, and analyze what is read in all subject areas. All students will communicate clearly in writing for a variety of purposes and audiences. All students will use mathematics and mathematical principles. All students will demonstrate physical and emotional well being. Students will demonstrate skills for success in organization. Students will demonstrate personal skills and characteristics including self-esteem, self-reliance, and self-discipline. All students will receive instruction regarding healthy lifestyles. Students will be provided a safe and orderly environment conductive to learning.
