Roosevelt Elementary School

It is an honor and privilege to serve as the Roosevelt Elementary School Principal. I am excited to be a part of the hard working students, and the parents and staff who are dedicated and committed to improving student achievement and behavior.

If our Roosevelt students are to be all that they can be, all stakeholders must work together to ensure that they reach their goals. The task is not an easy one; however, with hard work, determination, and perseverance the pursuit to improve student success is within our reach. Most importantly, we must join together to ensure that our students do nothing less than their best.

Teamwork cannot be overemphasized. Therefore, we must set high expectations for our student’s which challenge them to reach their full potential. The Roosevelt staff strives daily to assist our young students with the understanding that they must work today to prepare themselves for tomorrow’s endeavors.

We must remind our students that the road to success is sometimes rough. With our support and their determination, however, their goals are within their reach.

Yes, good things are happening at Roosevelt Elementary School and I am delighted to welcome you to what promises to be an exciting 2008-2009 school year!
