Food Service Bids Please contact Bill Froese for the following bid information: for the following bids for the McPherson School District: Milk bid will be available in April - every other year. Bread bid will be available in April - every other year. RTS Pizza bid (Multiple deliveries required) will be available in April - every other year.

Please contact Richard Hampton for KSFPA (Kansas School Food Purchasing Association) Bid Bids will be available in April (July-June bid). The bid is a line item bid. Please contact Richard Hampton for more information. Full line food distributors must be available to deliver to multiple school districts. The following districts are members of KSFPA: Circle, Clearwater, Goddard, Haysville, McPherson, Mulvane, Newton, Rose Hill and Valley Center.
