Serving our students and staff well starts with a strong, connected leadership team. The McPherson Public Schools Administrative Team is taking intentional steps to build those connections—not just within our own schools, but across the district. Last year this group built camaraderie through lighthearted challenges. This year, we’re focusing on strengthening our leadership team and creating new opportunities to engage with our community.
Last week, we launched the “coffee train” ☕🚂—a chance to check in, share some laughs, and fuel up together before heading back to serve our schools. Taking time to connect as leaders strengthens our ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and support the staff and students we serve every day.
Even though a few teammates were tied up with other responsibilities, the spirit of collaboration was strong, and we look forward to sharing more about this intentional focus on connection and collaboration as the year goes on.
