PDC Information
The purpose of the In-service Plan is to provide a written professional growth plan as well as an alternative to college hours for re-certification through professional development activities to be completed by the Professional during the specified period ranging from one to five years.
This plan is available to all certified personnel in the district, including certified substitute teachers, provided they complete and file an approved Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP) and that completion of the plan is validated for credit by the Professional Development Council (PDC) and the McPherson Board of Education.
