We are excited to have your family as a part of McPherson Public Schools!
Kindergarten Roundup is coordinate by each elementary building with an event in April. A child is eligible to attend kindergarten if he or she will be five years old on or before August 31. Please contact your neighborhood school to get on the class list.
General enrollment for returning students typically open via PowerSchool in July and in-person enrollment occurs in early August.
New to District Students
If you are new to the district, please use the below information to determine which school(s) your student(s) will attend.

Preschool Students
McPherson Public Schools includes an Early Childhood program that provides preschool classes for 3 and 4 year olds within the neighborhood elementary schools.
Families should review the enrollment Information and contact the Early Childhood Office (620-241-9590) with questions.

McPherson Public Schools The district consists of 4 elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. It also includes an Early Childhood Programs and an Alternative Learning Center. Boundary information for the elementary buildings is provided below.
