good morning I'm Stella Vincent on the superintendent schools day McPherson Public Schools and I want to talk to you about an issue this playing very heavily on our community and our new personally as the leader of our school first let me say we will not tolerate racial harassment or racism here in McPherson Public School. We had some students that were involved in an incident earlier this week for their actions and we will do the same in the future as it if anyone else was too better than that way we have a goal in McPherson Public Schools to ensure that we had a safe secure send a group of environment in the air the birth of a couple of our students didn't match that expectation and saying what we would vote for our schools for Behavior or personality out if they're not able to speak directly to what those consequences but I can tell you that this is he was taken very seriously and the consequences Mast and that seriousness as a school district interview Community this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and it certainly does not match what we would hope and how we would hope students and staff and in others in the school system of treat each other through this we've learned we need to better understand how to in many situations like this and I can tell you that it will be a priority of mine looking forward to make sure that we are educating students and our staff in the best way possible to make sure that we again can for students in station secure an inclusive environment for all if you have questions feel free to email me at Shiloh.
