“As a classroom teacher, Dr. Jochum’s class empowered me to see myself as a teacher-leader who can create lasting and meaningful change for my students, colleagues, and school community. The knowledge I gained from this course allowed me to reflect on my practice and sharpen my leadership skills within all areas of my life.
